The Easter Bunny

Seriously, whose great idea was it to have people dress up in the most terrifying Bunny costume imaginable and have children sit on their lap?  As if torturing Erin with Santa at Christmas isn’t enough, now at Easter she has to deal with the Easter Bunny. My elaborate...

Cookie Dough

Let’s be honest, at one point or another we’ve all chowed down on a tube of raw cookie dough straight from the fridge.  I’ve always been told that the raw eggs in cookie dough put you at risk for getting salmonella.  Despite this warning, I’ve never heard of someone...

The most wonderful day of the year

Today is the most wonderful day of the year, to me anyway!  I’m sure many of you disagree and would rank Christmas, Birthdays or a day at Magic Kingdom above St. Patrick’s Day, but not me!  I love anything and everything Irish. As a child I don’t think my mom could...

Frozen Adventure at Epcot

If you have a toddler or younger child you most likely know the movie Frozen, if not, consider yourself luckier than me.  Don’t get me wrong, the FIRST time I watched Frozen, I loved it!  I thought it was a unique princess story (if you exclude the parents being...

Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. It’s the happiest place on earth, allegedly.  After our trip there last month, I’d really hate to see the saddest place on earth.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen as many tears and toddler tantrums in one place, just ask...

She started her instagram 2011 to share pictures of the couples first bulldog, Humphrey, with other English Bulldog lovers. Tragically Katie and Sean lost Humphrey in December 2011.  Shortly after Sean surprised Katie with Harvey.  The family has since expanded to include 3 year old Erin and that’s when things got interesting.  Katie began documenting Erin and Harvey’s relationship on instagram.  Eventually social media outlets began to notice the adorable pictures and videos and made them a viral sensation.

Pumpkidding

I was tired of seeing all these genius ideas and great keepsakes people were developing, so I decided to create my own photo tradition which brings me back to pumpkidding.

I SHIT You Not

I SHIT You Not

SHIT.  “I love Erin, I love Erin”. Sometimes I literally need to pause and step back from a toddler predicament.   Then I repeat the above phrase a few, if not a hundred times, before reacting to the current quandary.  And this one involves SHIT. Ever have...

Lights, Camera, Mop please

About 8 weeks ago I received a random email that read, “I’m a TV producer in NYC and I’d love to chat if you’re interested.” It was an email that gave no indication of any particular network or show, but I thought…what if it’s actually legit?  I told my husband about...

That wasn’t Lemonade

Harvey drank Erin’s pee tonight. I’d been thinking about starting a blog now for a while and after what happened last night I finally decided to forego my free time at night and give it a try. Like any full-time working mom (with a husband who works nights) weeknights...
